What does spiritual activism mean and how do we do this through a Jewish spiritual lens? Are they the same or is there a specific calling and nature within the Jewish Tradition that defines how we do our work? What are the specific challenges for Jewish spiritual activism within the Jewish collective itself? We are living in times that will define the entire future of Judaism and the Jewish People. This workshop will make a space for examining how to navigate Jewishly as an activist and and agent for Peace.

The Five Books of Moses represent the spiritual testimony of the aboriginal Jews. They contain a record of the major Karmic themes of the Jewish Nation, themes that we have spent 2500 yrs continuously working out. The entire Jewish spiritual tradition is in some ways, a response to the Jewish relationship to these Karmic themes. Torahscopes hone in on a particular section of Torah and reveal the karmic archetypes being spoken to in those sections.

BirthTorahs build on this by correlating the exact place in the Torah that corresponds to a person's moment of birth. It is a little bit like Jewish or Kabbalistic astrology. and in fact Kabbalists have been using this technique for over two thousand years.

With the emergence of modern astronomical calculations, we can now decode a person's place in Torah to the exact minute of birth, to the exact letter of Torah and sometimes even into the white fire of Torah, in between the letters.
